Equipment guidance
1. Turn on your laptop as normal
2. Plug the cable from the Lenovo docking station into your laptop, as you do on the office hot desks and at home.
3. Turn on the room 5 screen, using the top button on the right-hand side of the screen bezel.
4. Once the screen is on, touch the HDMI 1 option on the top left of the screen.
If video conferencing is required please follow the steps below
5. Open Teams on your laptop which should be pinned to the taskbar 6. Go to Calendar on the left-hand side of the Teams window
7. Click on the meeting and click Join
8. On the next pop up make sure that the Camera/Microphone/Speaker settings are set to Echo Cancelling Speakerphone (Connect) and Connect
9. Once configured click Join to join the Teams meeting
