Opening files from a direct link

1. Click on the link you would like to access

2. SharePoint online allows you to edit docs without the need for Office to be installed by opening files in you chosen internet browser. However functionality is limited and we suggest opening the file with an office application. To do this click Edit Document and select Edit in Desktop App.

3. This should now open the correct app for editing the file. Remembering to check the file out if required
