Putting VIR back to set up

If you are asked to put a VIR back to ‘Setup’ after its status has been moved into ‘Create VIR’ or other category please ensure the following checks are carried out:

Check if the TIF or RIF has been completed (if so, liaise with the IC)
Download any documentation from the Inspection docs area or Provider area that may have been uploaded to ensure they can be re-uploaded once the VIR is re-create

As a first check no matter at what stage, you should always check if any of the TIFs/RIFs have been completed – if they have, liaise with the inspector/lead inspector to ensure information is not lost.
