Guidance on signing into SharePoint Online

If you click a link to SharePoint Online, you will need to sign into a Microsoft account. Please see the guidance below on how to sign in.

1. After clicking a link, you will see the screen below, you will need to enter your Estyn email address

Please note that you will need to use @estyn.gov.uk

2. After clicking Next, you will need to enter your Windows password. So, the password you use to log into your laptop or desktop.

3. After clicking Sign in, you will see the following screen. Click on the check box, highlighted in red below, and then click Yes. This will keep you signed into Office 365 on that browser, so you should not have to login each time you try to access SharePoint Online.

4. You will then be able to access SharePoint Online
