How do I add an app to the home screen?

Whilst on the home screen if you swipe left from the right-hand side the App Library will show. You can search for the specific app and then tap and hold, then you will be able to add the app to the home screen and place wherever needed.

What do I do if there is an app, I want that its installed on the phone?

Firstly, check within the Company Portal app to see if the app wanted is already allowed through the Recently Published apps list. If it is there, then you should be able to click install, and the app will appear on the home screen. If the app isn’t visible in the Recently Published apps list, then the app will need to be requested. Please contact a member of the IS team who will be able to help you in requesting the app. Please note – Any requested apps will need to have a business need.
